How much does shipping cost?

There are no delivery costs for the period indicated on the store.

What is your delivery time?

We process orders within 24-48 hours. Our packages usually arrive within 8 business days, but the lead times can be more than 15 business days as we ship from China. Delivery times vary based on the product and destination.

How do I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email indicating the progress of your order.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us at kasglobe@gmail.com and we will explain the return procedure. You only have to bear the shipping costs.

How does the return policy work?

If you placed your order from an EU (European Union) country, you can return the item to us within 14 days of receipt, along with its refund.
